original thought 4% of something is greater than 3% of something 4 >3=wrong
since we have to take more percent out of something and less percent out of another thing
ie 0.04n=0.03n
the number that we are taking 3 percent of is bigger, so we take a smaller percentage of that number

I just did 4s= 3t and found the ratio and therefore concluded that t is greater. Is that correct?
