Does magoosh GRE vocabulary app covers enough words for GRE? I mean 1000 of words from the app?

"Enough" is highly subjective. You can learn many more words and still encounter some you don't know on the test. Or you could learn none and know every word on the test. So the more words you learn, the greater your chances of knowing the words on the test. Generally, though, there are plenty of words in the vocab app. If you do want additional lists, I like these two:
