I purchased a couple Manhattan Prep books, ETS's Official Guide, different phone apps, etc. yet I ended up using Magoosh's online application almost exclusively. I work full time and was only able to study after work and weekends. I was exhausted most nights after work before I even sat down to study... without the structure that Magoosh provides I would not have been able to be nearly as effective. I did not want to take the test more than once and my target was a 330. I scored a 331; what else can I say? Magoosh was literally a fraction of the price of the other paid resources. It has everything you need, trust me.

Magoosh helped keep me on track, at a much lower price point than other test prep systems. I followed the one-month plan, and was happy to do small pieces of prep each day. While I couldn't keep up the pace with a full-time job (as the guide warned me), I still believe Magoosh helped me a lot. I learned general strategies (number sense, not looking at the verbal answers without my own answer), a sense for timing, and most importantly, I always had a plan to follow so I couldn't second-guess myself.

Your lessons were organized and well-explained. What I didn't understand from the videos, I was able to pick up from the written explanations below.

I used the Magoosh 1 month study plan and the Manhattan 5 lbs book of questions to supplement my studies. Magoosh was excellent! The practice problems they provide are very helpful; they emulate the real GRE questions and the get you practicing for the exam from day one. The video lessons are also contain useful information. Though some of the videos were on topics that I was already familiar with, they still contained information about the test that I wouldnt have known otherwise. For example, a lesson might tell you how certain concepts will be tested on the exam, which is useful to know even if youre familiar with the concept. All in all, Magoosh is excellent so thanks again to the Magoosh team!

Magoosh was amazing!! The quant portion of the GRE was incredibly daunting to me, and I was demoralized before I found Magoosh. The lessons were smart and incredibly helpful - I watched almost all of them, some of them multiple times! And I owe my success in the verbal portion to the Magoosh vocabulary flashcard app.

My quant diagnostic score before enrolling into Magoosh was 147. I saw an improvement of 13 points in quant alone on my actual GRE with just one month of Magoosh classes.

The video explanation for each verbal question was particularly helpful which made me realize that I have to scan through each and every word of the sentence to understand the context. Also, going through the practice questions enabled me to have a clear idea about the time management during the test.

The video lectures are brilliant, and the question bank exhaustive. AWA lectures were extremely helpful too. I only wish I had learnt about Magoosh earlier.

The vocab helped me a lot! Also, I think I'm okay with quanti stuff but I'm a slow solver, and it becomes quite the problem in GRE! Magoosh gave me techniques so that I can do it a little faster!

I greatly benefited from the math video explanations (especially probability!) and little shortcuts tutorials as I never learned math with tricks. Magoosh helped speed up my problem solving by constantly timing myself against the other users and provide in depth or quick explanations when I needed them. I solved over half the verbal and half the math problems available and my only regret is that I did not start using the site sooner in my prep rather than wait until the last 2 months before the GRE. Highly recommend this prep program!

I was moved by the way even the recorded videos interacted with me. Chriss lectures were fun to watch and made way to make the most prosaic of the prep part to be easy going for me. The quality of Magoosh practice questions, especially the quant part matched with my real GRE to a great extent. Magoosh was a breather in adding to the extent of Mathematics and helping in building shortcuts as well as concepts in the topics I was lacking. For instance, I was unsure of Probability and Statistics, Magoosh was really good at that, and I could also be re-directed to GMAT portions to gain a stronger hold on the portions I was lacking in.

When I decided to buy the Magoosh access I had a month till my GRE and I hadn't started preparing at all. Honestly it was more of a panicked reaction than a rational decision. But I am glad I did. Having not studied maths in years, it was really helpful to have explanation videos for all the problems, not to mention the fact that the lesson videos started from the basics to help people like me. And the ability to make practice tests from all the unseen problems was perfect way to get used to the format of the GRE, especially the extra section, since most practice tests don't tend to have that. The magoosh questions in both verbal and math were also more difficult than the ones I faced in the actual exam, making them good practice material.

Practicing Quant and Verbal questions on Magoosh helped me get acquainted with the types of questions I'd face in the actual exam. I believe Magoosh undoubtedly has one of the best Practice tests ever. Additionally, I found the Magoosh to be very student friendly and would like to thank the support team for helping me out on numerous occasions.

Magoosh helped me to prepare well for Vocab Section of GRE. Flash cards and Vocab Wednesdays videos helped to increase my vocabulary. Vocab practice questions were also really helpful.

Magoosh was very helpful for me. The quality of questions in quants practice were really good and the video solutions provided to each question helped me a lot in improving my understanding of basics. The Magoosh team was always available with a solution to any query I had during my prep. Wow. Magoosh. I was seriously so lost and frustrated before finding it. I watched every single math video, many more than once. They break down the concepts into manageable bites, and give problems to practice with. The custom practice is also fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about Magoosh -- my wife is actually sick of hearing me sing its praises!

Magoosh was a tremendous help! I hadn't taken a math course in over 10 years, and the videos and practice problems brought me up to speed very quickly. The math problems were challenging to the point that when I took the actual GRE, I was not flustered at all by any of the questions.

Likewise, the verbal practice questions helped me acclimate to the GRE's unique presentation of the problems. I could NOT have gotten a perfect verbal score had it not been for Magoosh.
