You, Our Next Thriving Student?

I purchased a couple Manhattan Prep books, ETS's Official Guide, different phone apps, etc. yet I ended up using Magoosh's online application almost exclusively. I work full time and was only able to study after work and weekends. I was exhausted most nights after work before I even sat down to study... without the structure that Magoosh provides I would not have been able to be nearly as effective. I did not want to take the test more than once and my target was a 330. I scored a 331; what else can I say? Magoosh was literally a fraction of the price of the other paid resources. It has everything you need, trust me.

Magoosh helped keep me on track, at a much lower price point than other test prep systems. I followed the one-month plan, and was happy to do small pieces of prep each day. While I couldn't keep up the pace with a full-time job (as the guide warned me), I still believe Magoosh helped me a lot. I learned general strategies (number sense, not looking at the verbal answers without my own answer), a sense for timing, and most importantly, I always had a plan to follow so I couldn't second-guess myself.

Magoosh took care of the daily studying schedule, including extremely helpful videos to help me re-learn high school math. Taking the GRE is enough stress in itself--having all parts of the preparation process already outlined and available was hugely helpful (including practice tests, flash cards, checklists, and custom practice sessions)! If you're wanting to put in the time for studying, Magoosh is worth the additional cost.

It kept the level of practice problems difficult yet relevant to the actual GRE right from the get go, so when the test day came, I really felt no kind of pressure. The video explanations really helped. The vocab flashcards were more than enough to tackle all the verbal problems. I also benefitted immensly from the zoom classes

The videos were great! I watched them on my breaks at work and it was a great way to make studying fit in with my busy schedule.

Magoosh took the stress out of studying. I was unsure of where to start or what topics to focus on, so having Magoosh decide for me was a great help.

the lessons (particularly the math) were very comprehensive and the practice questions were a huge help for actual test day. i followed the beginner one month study plan and thought it was a really good pace and length.

Magoosh helped me learn about relevant concepts in an incremental manner with specific examples for each lesson.

The test prep product is a very good mixture of self learning and coaching services. The lessons serves an instructional purpose while the wide variety of sums in practice sessions gives one the ability to work on sums at your own pace.

The instructional video lessons and solution explanations were what sold me. I loved being able to watch and listen to math question explanations. The one-month study guide also gave me important structure to stick to as I got closer to my exam.
