You, Our Next Thriving Student?

I purchased a couple Manhattan Prep books, ETS's Official Guide, different phone apps, etc. yet I ended up using Magoosh's online application almost exclusively. I work full time and was only able to study after work and weekends. I was exhausted most nights after work before I even sat down to study... without the structure that Magoosh provides I would not have been able to be nearly as effective. I did not want to take the test more than once and my target was a 330. I scored a 331; what else can I say? Magoosh was literally a fraction of the price of the other paid resources. It has everything you need, trust me.

Magoosh helped keep me on track, at a much lower price point than other test prep systems. I followed the one-month plan, and was happy to do small pieces of prep each day. While I couldn't keep up the pace with a full-time job (as the guide warned me), I still believe Magoosh helped me a lot. I learned general strategies (number sense, not looking at the verbal answers without my own answer), a sense for timing, and most importantly, I always had a plan to follow so I couldn't second-guess myself.

Videos were superb. I watched all of the tutorial videos but did not have enough time to solve most of the questions.
They taught me how to think about the questions and to solve in as little time as possible (particularly the estimation questions) . I solved the English questions with Chris' voice doing the reasoning in my mind :P.

The practice problems were much more challenging than anything else I came across in Kaplan or Barron's GRE prep books, so when I took the actual test it felt really easy! The video lessons are very helpful, especially for certain tips and tricks for math. It was great to be able to choose exactly what type of math or verbal question to practice instead of having to do an entire practice section.

Explaining the math, I watched all your lessons and there is so much content that you, at least in Sweden, never do in school that is essential for doing well.. even if the official GRE book gives the very basics you have to be a mathematical genius to be able to infer all the implications from it.

Math videos were very helpful.Explanation after every question helped me to avoid mistakes. Time bound practice and Custom practice feature helped me to strengthen my weak areas.Course is well designed and I highly recommend Magoosh for GRE preparation.

Basically re-taught me all my high school math, better than the first time. Wouldn't have had a chance in Quant without it!

The study guides were great and your question bank is the best.

The app with flashcards was very helpful in building up my vocabulary. The mock tests helped me point out certain types of math questions with which i was not very familiar. Overall, the content provided is enough for getting a good gre score.

After rapidly exhausting ETS preparation materials, I needed a large pool of math questions to practice on, as I was shooting for a near-perfect quant score. Magoosh was more than ideal, providing timed pressure for each question on top of it.

The one-month lesson plan was a a good way to get started. The video explanations were super helpful, as were the FAQ below the practice questions which seemed to address most of the issues I had. The tricks taught in the video lessons were really handy, too, and help me get my pace up to speed.

I was doing math problems on my own and just getting everything wrong and not improving. Magoosh taught me amazing math lessons and tricks so I started to get more and more practice questions right. The verbal flashcards were also awesome.
