You, Our Next Thriving Student?

I purchased a couple Manhattan Prep books, ETS's Official Guide, different phone apps, etc. yet I ended up using Magoosh's online application almost exclusively. I work full time and was only able to study after work and weekends. I was exhausted most nights after work before I even sat down to study... without the structure that Magoosh provides I would not have been able to be nearly as effective. I did not want to take the test more than once and my target was a 330. I scored a 331; what else can I say? Magoosh was literally a fraction of the price of the other paid resources. It has everything you need, trust me.

Magoosh helped keep me on track, at a much lower price point than other test prep systems. I followed the one-month plan, and was happy to do small pieces of prep each day. While I couldn't keep up the pace with a full-time job (as the guide warned me), I still believe Magoosh helped me a lot. I learned general strategies (number sense, not looking at the verbal answers without my own answer), a sense for timing, and most importantly, I always had a plan to follow so I couldn't second-guess myself.

Best thing I could have done for a reasonable price to prepare for the GRE. Particularly for people who struggle with math this is a godsend.

I did appreciate Magoosh Vocabulary Flashcards. It really helps.

Practice questions and timing

It helped me identify my weaknesses and gave me the tools to improve upon them. I went from being afraid of not getting into bad schools to having the opportunity to get into the best schools in my field like Harvard and UCLA. I never dreamed I could get the score I got, and I owe it all to Magoosh!

Videos and practice tests both super helpful!

The math lectures and practice questions are excellent.

1)Quantity and Quality of questions was very good.
2)Explanation for each question was excellent.
3)Video lectures were lucid.

Chris' verbal section videos were excellent and really helped me to understand the ins and out of the GRE verbal section. The practice questions were, for the most part, a good representation of the real test questions. Also the practice tests accurately simulated my actual test experience which was helpful.

All the video explanations really helped me get on track, especially in verbal! The lessons were spot-on! :)

Magoosh was of immense help to my GRE preparations. The way Chris elucidates those convoluted sentences is just amazing. Vocab Wednesday was by far the most fun way to learn words. All in all, it was a great journey preparing for GRE and Magoosh made it so much better.

The math videos helped me learn material I forgot or did not cover in high school.

The practice problems helped me familiarize myself with types of questions that are common on the test.

Finally, the vocabulary builder app helped me improve my vocabulary considerably.

I feel like Magoosh has helped me to understand what needs more work. I liked the flashcards and the variety of questions Magoosh has. The blog and vocab wendsday videos are very helpful. And the score estimation was pretty accurate. Also, you guys are really nice :)

Practice questions. Especially the hard ones in math. Very conviniet practice system.

I really enjoyed my prep with GRE (well... the verbal part is indeed harrrrrrd, but after all, hardship makes or breaks people, and I am so fortunate to be made good enough) - I mean, all the webpage design, the videos concerned and those prep materials help a huge lot, especially for my verbal prep.
I started tumbling at about 144, but gradually paced to around 150 where my morale rised sharp.
