You, Our Next Thriving Student?

I purchased a couple Manhattan Prep books, ETS's Official Guide, different phone apps, etc. yet I ended up using Magoosh's online application almost exclusively. I work full time and was only able to study after work and weekends. I was exhausted most nights after work before I even sat down to study... without the structure that Magoosh provides I would not have been able to be nearly as effective. I did not want to take the test more than once and my target was a 330. I scored a 331; what else can I say? Magoosh was literally a fraction of the price of the other paid resources. It has everything you need, trust me.

Magoosh helped keep me on track, at a much lower price point than other test prep systems. I followed the one-month plan, and was happy to do small pieces of prep each day. While I couldn't keep up the pace with a full-time job (as the guide warned me), I still believe Magoosh helped me a lot. I learned general strategies (number sense, not looking at the verbal answers without my own answer), a sense for timing, and most importantly, I always had a plan to follow so I couldn't second-guess myself.

Magoosh is a little harder than the actual gre so it can improve my ability a lot.Also,the helpers are really kind.

It really helps me with the strategy and the methodology on how to solve the three sections, especially the verbal and the aw. Moreover, the math practice did help me with getting a full math score.

Primarily, I used Magoosh's GRE Flashcards app. I feel that this helped immensely in expanding my vocabulary.

It helped me by its many practice questions and tips on how to study vocabulary. Also, the math questions on Magoosh were far more difficult than the actual GRE test questions!

I didn't know how to start studying, and the lessons were definitely a good place to start. The lessons are comprehensive; they cover all topics, from the easiest to the hardest. The video explanations for the practice questions really helped me understand what I did wrong and how to improve. I also used the flashcards app a lot, and it was great to be able to study wherever I was. I would not have scored this high without Magoosh! Thank you so much! :)

Magoosh really helped me build confidence with the quantitative reasoning section. The lesson videos were extremely helpful in getting a total review of math topics I hadn't had since high school.

Magoosh helped me refreshing my math skills that I hadn't used since highschool. The explanatory videos with each exercise helped me avoid making the same mistakes over and over. I emailed with questions a couple of times and the responses were always fast and very helpful.

Rebuilding the math foundations

Magoosh was just ideal for me. After taking the GRE for the first time I had little hope on getting such a high score on the second attempt. The vocabulary builder flashcards,the lessons I watched an took notes from, and the many practice questions are definitely to blame for my improvement.

Magoosh is the best GRE source I've come across. Its math section is exceptional, with a wealth of in-dept videos that comprehensively cover the materials on the exam. Its bank of math questions is not only impressive but actually harder than the actual GRE, so that even number-averse people like me can survive on in the quantitative portion.

As a math nerd, not speaking english natively, verbal lessons were great to identify the type of question and elaborate a strategy to decrypt it.

My Magoosh practice encompassed all the necessary math knowledge I was missing, while also being an excellent source of practice and problem solving strategies. I believe that in my case, lacking any real math talent, a relatively short time studying with Magoosh paid off big time and allowed me to meet my goal.

The lessons give clear directions on how to prepare and how to strategically answer GRE questions. Also, the practice questions provide sufficient exercise and a simulating experience. The 5-score guarantee offer really pushed me to review every mistake by watching the explanation videos, which I think is extremely helpful.

Magoosh is, arguably, one of the best test prep resource around. The videos, both the lessons and the explanations, are presented in a very clear and interesting way. The practice questions are exhaustive and quite challenging and provide all the practice you need to ensure that you are ready for anything thrown at you on test day. The study plans provided are great as is the vocab ebook. All in all an excellent experience. Keep up the good work team Magoosh.

Magoosh was so great at challenging me from day one. I was super strong in verbal and needed tons of help with math (it had been ten years since my last math class!) and all the videos and questions made it possible for me to make the awesome gains that I had. I'm not going to lie: there were days I would get extremely frustrated, but if you trust the process and put in the work, Magoosh will get you great results.

The questions in Magoosh is terrific, although the vocabulary is a little bit tricky. It makes me feel easy in the real exam.

It has been a while since I've seen or used many of the math concepts tested on the GRE, so the Magoosh math videos were extremely helpful to me. I appreciated how the videos thoroughly explained the concepts and also gave practice problems. The hundreds of practice problems, with detailed explanations of the correct answer, were also great for learning and testing my pacing. I loved being able to do the practice problems anywhere, since all you need is internet connection. The best part about Magoosh is that everything you need to do well on the GRE is contained within the program.
