You, Our Next Thriving Student?

I purchased a couple Manhattan Prep books, ETS's Official Guide, different phone apps, etc. yet I ended up using Magoosh's online application almost exclusively. I work full time and was only able to study after work and weekends. I was exhausted most nights after work before I even sat down to study... without the structure that Magoosh provides I would not have been able to be nearly as effective. I did not want to take the test more than once and my target was a 330. I scored a 331; what else can I say? Magoosh was literally a fraction of the price of the other paid resources. It has everything you need, trust me.

Magoosh helped keep me on track, at a much lower price point than other test prep systems. I followed the one-month plan, and was happy to do small pieces of prep each day. While I couldn't keep up the pace with a full-time job (as the guide warned me), I still believe Magoosh helped me a lot. I learned general strategies (number sense, not looking at the verbal answers without my own answer), a sense for timing, and most importantly, I always had a plan to follow so I couldn't second-guess myself.

Practice Questions for verbal especially.
I referred to Practice questions for Math portion and also video lessons on statistics were great (I didnt refer to other video lessons on math due to paucity of time). I was a bit inconvenient in math-stats portion, but after the lessons, I was able to solve stats questions in actual GRE exam with 100% accuracy.

My final GRE score was higher than either my before or after practice tests. I learned a lot of the math I'd forgotten from high school, and a lot of answering techniques that helped me answer questions I otherwise would have either had to skip or spent too much time on.

Thorough review of math in an easy-to-understand presentation. Plenty of practice problems to help cement what you've learned.

Quiz and practice tests helped me to pace time-pressure properly, and estimated score section was very relieving. Also, solution provided for every problem was just awesome. Lastly, vocab and math formula e books were extremely helpful.

Make me familiar with the test format.

The usp of magoosh is large number of practise questions and its score estimator ! At any point you can clearly see where you stand and how far you are from your dream score, helping you to put that little extra effort to improve.

The vocab flashcards and math videos helped greatly.

I found Magoosh's data-driven approach tremendously helpful. Being able to track the types of problems I was doing well on and those I needed help with made studying very efficient. And the video explanations were very clear and helpful.

Magoosh is very good practice and it really helped me get used to the GRE kind of language and gave me a 10 point improvement. The practice questions especially TC are extremely helpful.

I made tremendous strides with the math videos and practice. I'm 46 and have been away from math for a long time. The videos really brought it back for me.

The video explanations and practice tests were great! I found it very useful and convenient. The video lessons and problem explanations made learning the material a lot easier.

Magoosh provided an excellent question bank, in addition to in-depth lectures that not only taught how to tackle problems but, more importantly, how to think about them. As someone who struggles more with Math, I had alot of practice to do to get a decent Quantitative score. The lecture videos were especially helpful in leading one through the logical steps of how to approach a problem, coming at it from multiple angles, and giving one numerous ways to think about how to do the problem, rather than just throwing a formula at out and telling the user to memorize it.

It helps me a lot on my verbal section. It's the most worthwhile 99 bucks I've ever spent. I should have bought fewer GRE books if I knew magoosh earlier.

Verbal questions especially text completions and sentence equivalence really help me a lot. The questions are very like real GRE questions and video explanations are very clear. I enjoy it. Also, I use flashcards, and it is really brilliant!

A lot!!! really thanks:) I took some exercises before, but I found they were easier compared to real test and I didn't get the score I wanted. During my use of Magoosh, I see some difficult exercise and they helped me to get a better picture of what GRE looks like. As for math, it is easy for me but I made some stupid mistakes during the first time, and with the help of Magoosh, I got to know about tricks in math test and finally got full score.

Magoosh really helped me with getting my math skills back up and polished. It had been awhile since I really thought about high school math, so the detailed videos were really beneficial. I also enjoyed the large bank of practice questions. The variety was great!

Magoosh helps me to get familiar with the type of math problems in GRE test.The math part is actually harder than the real test. So when I took the real test, I felt easy to finish it.

The advanced study plan gave me daily structure, and the number of Hard and Very Hard questions in the question bank allowed me to specifically target tricky problems. The on-screen calculator was also a good simulation for the actual computerized test.

I know my previous to current scores don't look high or at least isn't high enough to get into the program I want to, but I increased my percentages by a total of 52%! I scored in the 93% of Writing and a 67% in Verbal which is more than what I wanted. I owe it to the flashcards app becasue it was so easy to use and I would use it everywhere. I even deleted all social media on my phone so I wouldn't use that as a distraction, so I was forced to practice vocab when I was bored.

Also, I found the math videos SO HELPFUL. I actually feel like a have a good understanding of mathematical concepts and I was not trying to memorize and guess answers. I love that there were so many practice problems and the lessons were easy to understand. I wish I had your help back in high school.

My percentage score saw leaps and bounds:
59% to a 67% in verbal
37% to a 44% in quant
56% to a 93% in writing (Yes your videos helped me here greatly too)

I even appreciated your motivational emails along the way and the study plans. I would have been lost without it.

Helped me review quant basics and gave me ample practice questions from a range of difficulties to prepare me for the actual exam.
