You, Our Next Thriving Student?

I purchased a couple Manhattan Prep books, ETS's Official Guide, different phone apps, etc. yet I ended up using Magoosh's online application almost exclusively. I work full time and was only able to study after work and weekends. I was exhausted most nights after work before I even sat down to study... without the structure that Magoosh provides I would not have been able to be nearly as effective. I did not want to take the test more than once and my target was a 330. I scored a 331; what else can I say? Magoosh was literally a fraction of the price of the other paid resources. It has everything you need, trust me.

Magoosh helped keep me on track, at a much lower price point than other test prep systems. I followed the one-month plan, and was happy to do small pieces of prep each day. While I couldn't keep up the pace with a full-time job (as the guide warned me), I still believe Magoosh helped me a lot. I learned general strategies (number sense, not looking at the verbal answers without my own answer), a sense for timing, and most importantly, I always had a plan to follow so I couldn't second-guess myself.

There were no surprises of any sort on the test. I recognized everything from the lessons and prep. My actual scores were very much in line with the projections on the website. Overall, I went into the test with a great deal of confidence.

Explanations were amazing (seriously - I can’t believe I wasted my time with paper bound books before the this) plus, customer service was extremely prompt and helpful whenever I didn’t understand a part of the explanation.

Supplementing the print materials I had bought with a human touch was invaluable to my understanding of the concepts.

The question bank was the best. The videos were really thorough and comprehensive. And the study material was similar but much harder than the test, so much so that I found the test relaxing, while I found the study materials rage inducing (in a beneficial way).

Practice tests/practice questions were great. Video lessons were well structured and super helpful, great balance of concepts and tips. Overall the platform was well laid out, I loved having the notes option in practice problems and being able to sort by "incorrect"
